The mauraders are now in their fifth year at school, and people are slowly starting to realise that Hogwarts isn't all that peacful anymore. The slytherins are as sly and cunning as before, and the Gryffindors are brave, the Huffelppuff's Loyal and just, and the Ravenclaw's are Smart. But some people are using these talents for evil instead of good.

Alec Ince stooped his head over a book on ‘Ancient Runes’, at the table. Beside the open book; was a newspaper with an article on the most recent death-eater strike. Beside the newspaper, was a ‘chart’ Alec had written on a notepad. It was for the war with the death eaters. Only it was formatted like a horse race. The death eaters in green, below the purple one for the Ministry. He glanced again at the news article, and added another notch to the death eaters. The Ministry was ahead, but the death eaters kept gaining.
He abandoned his book for the moment, and dedicated his attention to a notebook below the newspaper. He lifted the newspaper, and took the small, black book in his hands. Opening it, and paging threw it until he found what he was looking for. He flipped from it, to a blank page, constantly; taking out his quill to draw-out what he had done three times only this week; things were indeed getting busier, and now it was harder for parents to bring back their children. He wondered if this was connected to it, before continuing to busy himself with his notebook.
He drew out several places the death eaters could attack, and began assuming they could do all of them with victories. From his test, it seemed as though the death eaters still wouldn’t have enough to take over, but he knew the death eaters had a tenancy to surpass such expectations. Unsure if this swayed where he would stand–wishing to side with the winning side–he went back to his studying.

Narcissa walked into the library and looked around. She hated this old dump. She had never been in here voluntarily. It was full of little kids reading. Reading for fun. Surely there was some thing better they could be doing with their lives. Narcissa could think for a hundred thing she would much rather do than read. Unfortunately she had been sent here. She hadn't had a book for her possions class and was told to come her to borrow one until she could get her own.
The unhelpful librarian pointed her in the general direction were the book may or may not be found. Narcissa rolled her eyes, she was particularly unhelpful to day. She walked over to a shelf and used a long elegant finger to trace along the book titles. Her hand dropped once she had gone into a different section. She sighed and turned from the shelf and gave the librarian a dirty look. If only looks could kill half of this school would be gone, with Narcissa around.
Narcissa was walking around the library, the sound of her unnecessary high heels echoed around. She was far to tall for high heels but wore them any way. She looked like a model. she had a tiny frame but was extremely tall. She looked over peoples shoulder and at what they were doing. She stopped at a Ravenclaw boy as she looked over his shoulder and smiled as she noticed the news paper. The death eaters had done it again. won a small battle in the war. she leaned over his shoulder. "interesting reading?" she whispered in his eat with a small misgivings smile.

Alec jerked up, surprised to hear a voice so close in the otherwise silent library. It was the Slytherin girl who seemed to have ‘dark arts’ written all over her.
“Quite.” He said, imagining she was referring to the newspaper, and half-concealing the notebook page which showed the ‘racetrack’ of the two sides under it.
He half-turned to face her, deciding to know her better, now taking a further consideration into joining the death eaters.
“I imagine you would call it interesting, anyway.” He said.

Narcissa smirked and stopped her self laughing at the boys obvious need for other people not to know what he was doing. Or he was very into having a quite library. No is imaged it was the first one as other people seemed to be murmuring amounts themselves.
She took a seat next to the boy. She sat side ways on the chair so she was facing him. She crossed her legs and placed an elbow on the table. "yes, i do think it's interesting. Very interesting." she smirked. "you think its interesting to though, don't you?" she said wanting to know about the boys out look on it.

The girl sat next to him, and said she did think it was interesting.
"you think its interesting to though, don't you?"
Alec figured she was testing him. But it was the death eater side he would have to gain allegiance to, because he was already on the other side just by being at Hogwarts. If Voldemort was killed, no one would care if he knew someone who may have been in league or not. So the answer was easy to give.
“Considerably.” He said, slightly lowering his voice so no-other could hear, “How do you believe this will turn out?”
